In compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), JUNYENT ESTUDI DENTAL, S.L. (hereinafter, “JUNYENT ESTUDI”) informs users that it has created a profile on Social Media for the main purpose of promoting its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same Social Media platform and has decided to join the page created by JUNYENT ESTUDI, thereby showing interest in the information published on the platform. By joining our page, you provide your consent for the processing of the personal data published on your profile.
The user may access the privacy policies of the Social Media platform at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
JUNYENT ESTUDI has access to and processes the user’s public information, in particular their contact name. These data are used only within the Social Media platform itself and, in no case, are they incorporated into any file without first requesting the data subject’s express consent.
With regard to the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection that you have and that may be exercised before JUNYENT ESTUDI, in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament, you should bear in mind that, due to the functionality of social media, you will normally need to exercise your rights directly with the Social Media platform.
JUNYENT ESTUDI will carry out the following actions:

- Posting on the user’s profile all information already published on the JUNYENT ESTUDI page.

- Page status updates that will be published on the user’s profile.
The user can always control their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
Data of minors
Access to and registration on this social media platform is prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. Access to JUNYENT ESTUDI’s official site is also prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. If the user does not meet this requirement, JUNYENT ESTUDI informs them of the need to have authorisation from their parents, guardians or legal representatives to access and use JUNYENT ESTUDI’s official site.
JUNYENT ESTUDI is exempt from any liability arising from the use of its official site by minors or users who do not meet the aforementioned requirements, and, in any case, their legal representatives shall be solely responsible.
Posts
Once the user has joined the JUNYENT ESTUDI page, they may post comments, links, images or photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Media platform. In all cases, the user must be the owner of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any post on the page—whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, JUNYENT ESTUDI reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
JUNYENT ESTUDI shall not be responsible for content freely posted by a user.
The user should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be posted on the page will not be stored in any file by JUNYENT ESTUDI, but they will remain on the Social Media platform.
Competitions and promotions
JUNYENT ESTUDI reserves the right to run competitions and promotions in which users who have joined its page may participate. The terms and conditions of each of them, when the Social Media platform is used for this purpose, will be published on it. Always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.
The Social Media platform does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.
Advertising
JUNYENT ESTUDI will use the Social Media platform to promote its products and services; in any case, if it decides to process your contact details to carry out direct marketing prospecting actions, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR, the LOPDGDD and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending the JUNYENT ESTUDI page to other users so that they too can benefit from the promotions or stay informed about its activity will not be considered advertising.
